Ingredients:
- 12-16 pork spareribs (6 lbs) cut into single ribs
- tablespoons Worchester sauce
- 2/3 tomato ketchup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 diced onion
- 2 tablespoon soysauce
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 3 cups of water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Procedures:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
- Wash clean pork ribs and drain. Heat oil in a big sause pan, saute garlic and onion
- Add pork ribs, stir and keep stirring for a few minutes
- Add soy sauce, stir and cover, simmer for 10 minutes over a very low fire
- Add ketchup,mayonnaise,sugar and water and simmer till the pork ribs is tender
- Place the ribs in an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan
- Bake at 325 degrees F for 1-1/2 hours or until just tender
- Turn off the stove and leave for a few minuts before eating.
