I love dishes that are hot and spicy. My father was from bicol, so i grew up eating spicy food like bicol express, laing or any gata with sili will do. I got this recipe during one of our Team Inuman bonding. Its a perfect combo with Ice cold beer plus karaoke on the side.I change the recipe a bit this time i added cheese so that it will not be to spicy..This one is still one of my menu on my birthday
Ingredients:
- 6-10 pieces siling labuyo (finger chili or siling haba)

- 1 small carrot, pelled and grated
- 1 small celery, minced

Procedures
- Remove all the seeds inside the siling labuyo

- add the egg on the filling mixture
- Stuff the siling labuyo or chili with the meat, then put cheese on top
- Then, wrap each siling labuyo with lumpia wrapper
- Close the wrapper by dipping you finger in water.
- On a pan, heat oil then deep fry the Chili Lumpia until golden brown. Drain with paper.
Serve with ice cold drinks. This is surely hot!
